9. You only have 24 hours to cancel a product that you paid for at Ctelecoms Store by sending a ticket. Once this period is due and a product is activated, you will not be able to cancel.

All intellectual property rights, whether registered or unregistered as well as information content at Ctelecoms Store along with all the website design, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, software, photos, video, and their selection and arrangement, plus all software compilations, underlying source code and software shall remain our property.
